He graduated from a culinary academy in Nepal and worked in Dubai, Hong Kong and Mauritius. He came to Olomouc in 2009 and opened Kathmandu in 2015. The family restaurant combines Nepalese and Indian dishes, from traditional momo dumplings and curries to tandoori specialities. The menu also includes vegetarian dishes with homemade paneer and naan breads.
