The kitchen combines seasonal ingredients, mainly from Moravian suppliers, with international flavours and dinners centred on sharing plates. Chef Karel Kasík brings overseas experience, including two years as sous chef at the Michelin starred Brat restaurant. The venue received a Bib Gourmand distinction in the MICHELIN Guide 2025.
